When and how do I get paid?
A). The pay is every two weeks and it is direct deposit. You will be contacted by our accountant regarding your 1099 form and direct deposit information when your client training class is almost complete.You get paid on the 22nd of the month for hours worked between the 1st of the month to the 15th of the month. You will also get paid on the 7th of the month for hours worked betwenn the 16th and the end of the month.

What is the $2.00 dollar per hour for?
A). Bryteck is charged by the client for every employee we have working under Arise. We charge a small fee to cover these costs.

20-29 hours = $2.00 per hour / 30 - 35 hours = $1.50 per hour / 36+ $1.20 per hour / $95 Max

How many hours are we required to work?
A). All contractors that are working through the Arise program are required to work at least 20 hours per week (if you are working for more than one client those hours can be split up during anytime of the week.) However remember, each client has its own minimum required hours. If you work for more than one client you may be required to work at least 40 hours per week. That is 20 hours for one client and 20 hours for the other client. This is at a minimum. (Any questions please ask).

Are there any incentives given for performance?
A). Yes. If you work more than 50 hours per week and you have a 90% or higher CA score, we will only charge $1.20 per hour instead of the regular price of $2.00 per hour for that entire pay period. The client will also inform us of any bonuses that you may be entitled to receive. We will then issue those bonuses accordingly.

How long is the application process before I can start work?
A). 4 to 6 weeks. This is really up to you and this is why! The initial process is self paced and each client class (such as Home Depot) has enrollment once a month. If you have not completed the initial application process and the Certification self paced course before the training class is full, you will have to wait until another client’s training class is posted or until that particular client post another training class. Most training is 3 to 4 weeks.

How much money do I stand to make per pay period?
A). Working 30 hours per week and having a 90% or better QA score, you can earn upwards of $10 to $18 per hour. Almost like making $15 to $20 per hour in a normal call center environment when traveling more than 30 miles, one way to work.

What can I do while I am waiting for a class to post or to start?
A). We advise that you take this time to make sure that you have met any and all minimum requirements such as hardware (fax machine, headphones, new phone line if needed etc.) and software (most clients use Windows XP with service pack 3 along with a virus scanner and firewall program - Bryteck can provide this software if needed) / local employees can have an option to have someone come out and install the various programs needed. Also check our website for all qualifications needed to be a Home Agent. (if you have any concerns about hardware or software please let us know before class starts.)

What is Arise and how is Bryteck connected?
A). Arise is a virtual training and working environment that our clients use to train and work from home. Arise does not hire individuals they hire companies that have to train and hire other Home Agents to take those important incoming calls needed for each and every client. By going through the Arise system, Bryteck Enterprises does not have to train or create a virtual working environment which can cost upwards of thousands of dollars, which allow us to pay our employees to best compensation per hour for that virtual home position.

What is process for certification and taking incoming calls?
A). 1. The process starts with the Profile setup (1 hour)
2. The Ideal Match Assessment Test (up to 3 hours)
3. Voice Assessment (1 day)
4. Background Check (1 day)
5. Self Paced ACP101 Certification (3 to 5 days) – scheduled for 10 days
6. Sign Arise Contract to Work (1 day) SOW. You will sign two SOWs and 1 Bryteck Enterprises, Inc. Contract.
7. Enroll in a client class such as “Home Depot, AAA Emergency Calls” (1 to 4 weeks)
8. Start and complete client virtual training class (2 to 4 weeks)
9. Sign Client SOW (Statement of work) – hours and days required to work.
10. Start Date as indicated by your schedule!
11. Your first paycheck will be in 2 to 3 weeks from your start date.
